LUCIFER STOAT LTD agrees to provide the consulting services as specified in the project proposal or contract (the “Services”). The client agrees to cooperate fully and provide all necessary information and resources required for the successful delivery of the Services.

The client shall pay the agreed-upon service fees in accordance with the payment schedule outlined in the contract. Payment methods may include bank transfers, credit card payments, or other methods as mutually agreed upon. Invoices will be issued upon completion of each billing cycle.

All intellectual property rights related to the deliverables of the Services shall be owned by the client, provided that the client has fulfilled all payment obligations under this agreement. LUCIFER STOAT LTD retains the right to use the deliverables for marketing and promotional purposes, provided that the client’s confidential information is protected.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any business, technical, or other information disclosed during the course of the Services. Confidential information shall not be disclosed to third parties without the prior written consent of the disclosing party, except as required by law.

This agreement shall commence on the date of signing and continue until the completion of the Services. Either party may terminate the agreement with [X] days’ written notice. In the event of termination, the client shall pay for all Services rendered up to the date of termination.

LUCIFER STOAT LTD’s liability under this agreement shall be limited to the total amount of fees paid by the client for the Services giving rise to the claim. In no event shall either party be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
